2025 Youth Town Hall

The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall 2025 Planning and Promotion Team will plan, host, and facilitate the Youth Town Hall on April 3, 2025. It is a great opportunity to help create a space for teens to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas about issues impacting your community! You must be 11-22 years old to participate.

There are 12 spots available for the Planning Team. If you select the Planning Team on the interest form, you will be included in a drawing to be randomly selected to participate on the Planning Team. Anyone who is interested as well as those who are not selected for the Planning Team are welcome to join the Promotion Team.

Planning Team Commitment

Being part of the Youth Town Hall 2025 Planning Team will include weekly meetings on Thursdays from January 9, 2025 – April 10th, 2025 (There will not be a meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2025 due to Spring Break.).Meetings will be used to plan the topics to be discussed; to develop questions to be asked; and to help create promotional materials, like flyers and social media posts. 

 Most meetings will be held virtually from 4 – 6:00pm; however the Youth Town Hall (April 3,2025) and the meeting the week prior (Thursday, March 27,2025) will be in person. 

Compensation of up to $400.00

Promotion Team Commitment

The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall Promotion team will help promote the Youth Town Hall as well as help coordinate and facilitate during the event. As part of the Promotion Team, you will be asked to attend the Youth Town Hall run-through (on Thursday, March 27, 2025) the Youth Town Hall (Thursday, April 3, 2025), as well as the Youth Town Hall debrief (April 10,2025).

Compensation up to $100
