The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text 988 or chat online.
The Blue Bench (formerly RAAP) is metro Denver’s only comprehensive sexual assault prevention and survivor support center. Through issue advocacy, scientifically-supported prevention programs and a robust offering of low to no-cost client services including a 24-hour hotline, individual and group therapy and case management, The Blue Bench has helped hundreds of thousands of Denver-area people of all gender identities find the courage to move from victim to survivor.
Confidential Talk Line: Text “TALK” to 38255 or call 1-844-493-TALK (8255) to be connected to a mental health professional at Colorado Crisis Services to talk over anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance misuse or other issues.

The I Matter program can connect you with a therapist for up to six free virtual counseling sessions (some in-person appointments available, too) that are completely confidential. Talking with someone can make you feel better.

Restorative practices are collaborative approaches to building relationships and repairing harm. The process is really about connection, or knowing that you are heard and seen and that you matter. The Jeffco Public Schools Restorative Practices team focuses on a proactive approach to building a positive and welcoming community with all students. Ideally, when we build strong and supportive cultures of belonging in schools, the need for responsive discipline practices decreases.
