The heart of Jeffco CTC’s work is its Community Board. The Community Board meets monthly and provides guidance to all aspects of the coalition.  Anyone who lives, goes to school, works, or plays in Jefferson County is welcome to become a member of the Community Board.  If you are interested in learning more or becoming involved, please reach out to 


In order to maintain a diverse and effective coalition, Jeffco CTC encourages and recruits members from throughout the Jefferson County community.  Anyone who lives, works, goes to school, and/or plays in Jefferson County is welcome to join the coalition, youth are greatly encouraged to become involved.  To learn more, please contact

The Jefferson County Communities That Care (Jeffco CTC) Coalition is a project of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center. Jeffco CTC was created, in part, with funding from the Coalitions Organizing for Prevention (COFP) grant program, through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), as well as the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
